The Dharma Chronicles

This is my usual Sim, Dharma. Dharma has been around for quite a while through several different games on the original Sims, Sims 2 and now Sims 3. While the details sometimes change, one thing about Dharma is always consistent. She is one evil Sim. In the current iteration, she is a teenage, shown here talking to her twin sister, Sierra.

The current Dharma's story actually began benignly - with her mom, the lovely (and good) Celestial Boday. Celestial was an orphan living by herself on an empty lot. She was able to make a fairly happy life for herself with her mad gardening and painting skillz, while maintaining honor roll status at the local high school. Then she graduated, had one unhappy marriage, and then made the tragic mistake of falling for The Gecko.

The Gecko is a former drug lord in hiding from the cartel who took over his territory. He is extremely wealthy (but don't ask any questions about where the money came from), and quite buff. He also tends to go for anything on two legs. He and Celestial were married and had two beautiful twin girls, but it wasn't long before Celestial found out about his two timing ways. They broke up and Celestial moved out with the infant Sierra, leaving single dad The Gecko to raise Dharma. All was going well, and The Gecko and Celestial became friends again. Celestial and Sierra moved back in so that the twins could be together, but it wasn't long before Celestial's fiance was caught cheating on Celestial with The Gecko. Celestial and The Gecko became mortal enemies, but did either one move out? No, they are still living together, even though they cannot stand to be in the same room with each other.

So - this is Dharma's home life at the moment. Her mom and dad are living in the same house, but cannot stand each other. Her dad has eight other children who live with their respective mothers, and a live-in girlfriend who is pregnant. Her mom has an infant son whose crib is currently in the kitchen, but her baby daddy seems to have fallen off the face of the planet. Will Dharma have a happy normal life? Not a chance in hell....
